Event Film
HEARTWORK is your full-service film production partner for event films
An event film captures the atmosphere, people and defining moments of your event and turns them into lasting communication assets. We plan our work around the schedule and audience so that filming supports the event rather than disrupting it.
Heartwork Productions produces event films in Munich for conferences, company celebrations, openings and live formats, with versions for websites, presentations, internal communication and social media.
Event films from our portfolio
The best event films do more than document what happened: they preserve the energy and character of the occasion. Explore selected projects and see how authentic moments become concise, versatile films.
OUR APPROACH TO YOUR EVENT FILM
Every event is different. During pre-production, we work closely with you to define the key requirements.
We create a reliable schedule so everyone knows where they need to be and when. Which moments matter most? When will the key moments happen? And how should they be captured?
Every event places different demands on the production: Which camera systems are required? How large should the crew be? Are there special audio requirements? We clarify these questions in close coordination with our clients. Once every detail is clear, filming can begin.
Our crew implements the agreed shooting plan on site. We go the extra mile to make the best moments of your event unforgettable.
The type of event determines the style of post-production: A lively party requires a different edit from a formal corporate event. From fast, energetic edits to elegant and understated storytelling, we translate your vision into film.
