heartwork productions – passion meets craft
Heartwork Productions was founded in 2015 with a simple idea: strong films are created by people who enjoy working together. Our office in Munich’s Maxvorstadt offers space for focused work, creative exchange and respectful collaboration.
Personality matters just as much as professional skill. We are looking for open, reliable and creative people who want to take responsibility and contribute to film productions as part of a small team. Explore our current opportunities for permanent employees, working students, interns and freelancers. We also welcome relevant speculative applications.
Working students
Gain practical experience alongside your studies. Our working student roles focus on post-production, with opportunities to support the team on set and learn about other parts of film production.
Internships
Develop your editing and production skills through practical work with our team. The internship focuses on post-production and offers experience on set. See the position details for study requirements, duration and how to apply.
Freelancers
We work with freelance specialists in camera, directing, editing, colour grading, motion design and other production roles. We value good work, clear communication and dependable collaboration.
